This study explores the strategies and practices of biodiversity conservation in indoor green landscape design,highlighting its significance for indoor environmental quality and ecological sustainability.By examining the correlation between indoor environment and biodiversity,this study emphasizes the importance of biodiversity conservation in indoor green landscape design.In terms of plant selection and configuration,prioritizing local and native plant species is identified as a crucial strategy for biodiversity conservation,as they are better adapted to the local environment and provide suitable habitat conditions for different species.Furthermore,creating suitable habitats and promoting connectivity is essential in practice,achieved by providing vertical and horizontal habitat structures as well as connectivity corridors for diverse organisms.Effective management and maintenance,including proper plant care,disease prevention,and regular monitoring and evaluation of biodiversity,are critical for successful implementation.Through case studies and empirical analysis,the effectiveness of these strategies and practices in indoor green landscape design is confirmed.To further promote biodiversity conservation in indoor green landscape design,this study proposes recommendations such as exploring innovative strategies and enhancing the sustainability and feasibility of biodiversity conservation.These efforts will contribute to the protection and enhancement of biodiversity in indoor green landscapes,leading to healthier,sustainable,and aesthetically pleasing indoor environments.
