This research examines the integration of plant cultural values in landscape design,aiming to understand the cultural symbols and meanings represented by plants and explore how to incorporate plant cultural values into landscape design practices.The study reveals that plants hold significant symbolic meanings in different cultures,playing important roles in religious ceremonies,literature,art,and architecture.Cultural elements in landscape design combine plant selection and arrangement with specific cultural backgrounds,creating unique landscape experiences.Case studies of successful implementations include the integration of cultural heritage conservation and landscape design,as well as the incorporation of cultural expressions in urban parks and community gardens.However,the integration of plant cultural values in landscape design also faces challenges and limitations,such as respecting and balancing cultural diversity and harmonizing plant cultural values with environmental sustainability.By addressing these issues,we can better achieve the integration of plant cultural values in landscape design,creating rich,meaningful,and sustainable landscape experiences.
