摘要
熔盐氯化是四氯化钛生产的一种主要生产方法.熔盐氯化炉作为生产四氯化钛的主要设备,其运行周期与生产过程的工艺控制息息相关.本文从理论结合实际的角度,从熔盐氯化反应原理的温度、物料配比、加排盐时间、盐柱高度、炉内温度及电流的控制等方面进行了分析,阐述了加强工艺过程控制对延长氯化炉运行周期的重要性.
Chlorination of molten salt is a main production method of titanium tetrachloride.As the main equipment for production of titanium tetrachloride,the operation cycle of molten salt chlorination furnace is closely related to its process control.The paper analyzed the temperature,material ratio,salt addition and removal time,salt column height,furnace temperature and current control of the molten salt chlorination reaction principle from the perspective of combining theory with practice,elaborated the significance of process control on extending the operation cycle of the chlorination furnace.
