摘要
试验选取体质量(968±21)g健康公伊拉肉兔64只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复4只,单笼单只饲养。各组兔饲喂全价颗粒饲料,对照组兔饮用自来水,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组兔饮用水中每只分别添加3、6、9 g/d百香果壳水提液。预试验期5 d,正式试验15 d。试验初、末期空腹称体质量,末期收集血液检测血常规、血生化和免疫指标。结果表明,与对照组比较,饮水中添加果壳水提液,提高了Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的末期体质量、总增体质量和平均日增体质量(P<0.05),降低了料重比(P<0.05);增加血清中补体3和免疫球蛋白G含量(P<0.05),降低血清中肿瘤坏死因子α、干扰素γ、干扰素α含量(P<0.05),血液生理生化指标各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。百香果果壳水提液可提高肉兔的生长性能,改善机体免疫力,对肉兔血液生理生化指标无显著影响。
Sixty-four healthy male Yila meat rabbits with body weight of(968±21)g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 4 rabbits per replicate one rabbit per cage.The rabbits in each group were fed with granular basic feed,the rabbits in the control group drank tap water,experimentⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲgroups were added 3,6 and 9 g/d PFSWE to the drinking water of rabbits.The pre-experiment lasted for 5 days,and the formal experiment lasted for 15 days.Fasting weight was weighed at the beginning and end of the trial,blood was collected at the end of the period to detect routine,biochemical,and immune indexes.The results show that compared with control group,final body weight,total weight gain and average daily gain in trial groupsⅡandⅢwere significantly increased(P<0.05),feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the contents of C3 and IgG in serum were increased(P<0.05),TNF-α,IFN-γand IFN-αwere significantly decreased(P<0.05),there were no significant differences in blood physiological and biochemical indexes among all groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,PFSWE can improve the growth performance and immunity of meat rabbits but has no significant effect on blood physiological and biochemical indexes of meat rabbits.
