摘要
为了有效降低沥青路表温度、减缓高温状态下沥青路面车辙病害的产生、缓解城市热岛效应,提出在路面铺筑热阻式含砂雾封层的施工方案。为了明确热阻式含砂雾封层材料的最佳参数,模拟光照条件研究了阻热材料对热阻性能的影响,通过加速磨耗试验研究了热阻材料的类型、粒径、级配对含砂雾封层抗滑性的影响。结果表明:热阻式含砂雾封层通过降低路表导热系数从而有效抑制路面温度的上升,与普通SMA路面相比,模拟光照4h后,温度降低约3℃;耐火碎石颗粒材料较陶粒降温效果和抗滑性更好;混合粒径比单一粒径雾封层抗滑性能更好。
In order to effectively reduce the asphalt road surface temperature,slow down the occurrence of rutting diseases on asphalt road surface under the high temperature condition,and alleviate the urban heat island effect,the construction scheme for laying the thermal-resistant sand-mist sealing layer on the road surface is put forward.In order to determine the optimal parameters of the thermal-resistant sand-mist sealing layer material,the influence of thermal resistance materials on the thermal-resistant performance is studied under the simulated light condition.The influence of the type,particle size,and grading of the thermal resistance materials on the sliding resistance of the sand-mist sealing layer is studied through the accelerated wear test.The results show that:the thermal-resistant sand-mist sealing layer effectively suppresses the increase in road surface temperature by reducing the thermal conductivity of the road surface.Compared with ordinary SMA road surface,the temperature decreases by about 3℃after 4 hours of simulated light;refractory crushed stone particle materials have better cooling effect and sliding resistance than ceramic particles;the sliding resistance of the mixed particle size is better than that of the mist sealing layer of a single particle size.
