摘要
为了提高废弃钢渣利用率,在水泥稳定碎石中用钢渣部分替代天然碎石集料,研究了水泥稳定钢渣碎石混合料的力学性能及抗裂性能,并在具体工程实例中对实际应用效果进行了检验。室内试验表明:在水泥稳定碎石基层中掺入钢渣后,基层的力学性能、抗裂性能均得到了较好的提升。其中无侧限抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、回弹模量均随钢渣替代量的增加呈先增后减的趋势,三者均在钢渣替代量为60%时达到最大值;结合力学性能试验结果,建议水泥稳定钢渣碎石混合料中钢渣的替代量取60%,水泥的掺量取5%;工程应用表明:水泥稳定钢渣碎石混合料作为路面基层进行铺筑后,实际应用效果及性能优异。
In order to improve the utilization rate of waste steel slag,steel slag is partially replaced with natural crushed stone aggregate in the cement stabilized crushed stone.The mechanical properties and crack resistance of the cement stabilized steel slag crushed stone mixture are studied,and the actual application effect is tested in the specific engineering example.The indoor experiment shows that:the mechanical properties and crack resistance of the cement stabilized crushed stone base are improved significantly by adding steel slag.Among them,the unconfined compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,and rebound modulus all show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of steel slag replacement amount,and all three reach the maximum value when the steel slag replacement amount is 60%;in combination with the test results of mechanical properties,it is recommended to take 60%of the replacement amount of steel slag and 5%of the cement content in the cement stabilized steel slag crushed stone mixture.The engineering application shows that:as the pavement base,the cement stabilized steel slag crushed stone mixture has excellent practical application effects and performance after being paved.
