教师视角下师生冲突的应对方式对冲突功能的影响:冲突强度的中介作用

摘要 师生冲突的应对方式、冲突强度与冲突功能之间存在着一种内在的联动变化规律。对1669位中小学教师进行实证调查,结果表明:教师视角下师生的冲突强度在应对方式和冲突正负功能之间起中介作用,且对冲突负功能的中介作用更强。为此,中小学教师在应对师生冲突时要增强洞察力,洞悉冲突强度的信号指意,及时把控冲突走向;分辨不同冲突情境的特性,因境制宜选择应对方式;在冲突中淬炼与提升元认知能力,促进冲突负功能向正功能转换,使得和美型师生关系得以重新生成。 There is an inherent law of interaction between teacher-student conflict coping style,conflict intensity and conflict function.The results of the empirical survey of 1669 teachers showed that conflict intensity from the perspective of teachers played a mediating role between the conflict coping style and the positive and negative functions of conflict,and the mediating role of the negative functions of conflict was stronger.Therefore,primary and secondary school teachers should enhance their insight when dealing with teacher-student conflict,understand the signal meaning of the intensity of conflict,and control the trend of conflict in time;distinguish the characteristics of different conflict situations and choose coping styles according to the circumstances;temper and enhance the metacognitive ability in the conflict,and promote the transformation of negative function of conflict into positive function,so as to regenerate the harmonious teacher-student relationship.
