摘要
目的 探讨数字化平台联合多学科协作诊疗模式在严重创伤患者救治中的应用效果。方法 采用回顾性病例对照研究,选取2021年5月—2022年5月海军军医大学第三附属医院收治的112例严重创伤患者为研究对象,将其通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组实施传统急救模式,观察组实施数字化平台联合多学科协作诊疗模式。对比两组多学科团队到达时间、完成CT检查时间、抢救室滞留时间、住院总时长等救治时效、抢救成功率及总病死率、休克患者等待输血时间。结果 观察组完成CT检查时间、抢救室滞留时间及住院总时长均低于对照组,抢救成功率高于对照组,总病死率低于对照多学科团队到达时间组,休克患者等待输血时间低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在严重创伤患者救治中应用数字化平台联合多学科协作诊疗模式,可有效缩短输血等待时间,提高救治时效、抢救成功率并降低病死率。
Objective To explore the application effect of digital platforms and multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment models in severe trauma patients.Methods A retrospective case-control study was used to analyze the clinical data of 112 patients with severe trauma patients collected by our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 as research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group through the random digital table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group implemented the traditional first aid mode,while the observation group implemented the digital platform combined with multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment models.The rescue time,success rate,total mortality rate and waiting time for blood transfusion in shock pactints of two groups of emergency vehicles,including the arrival time of the multidisciplinary team,completion time of CT examination,retention time in the emergency room and total hospitalization time were compared.Results The observation group had lower the arrival time of the multidisciplinary team,completion time for CT examination,retention time in the emergency room,and total length of hospitalization compared to the control group.The success rate of rescue was higher than that of the control group,and the total mortality rate was lower than that of the control group.The waiting time for blood transfusion in shock patients was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of digitalization platforms in patients with severe trauma patients can effectively improve the timeliness of rescue,rescue success rate,and significantly reduce the mortality of the disease.
