目的 为了更好的举办国际禁化武组织(OPCW)化学危害医学防护与救援培训班,进一步帮助和提升禁化武公约成员国履约能力和水平,需要总结前期成功举办培训班的经验和做法。方法 从教学内容、教学方法、师资队伍和考核方式等方面系统的总结国际医学培训班的教学经验和体会。结果 优化教学内容,实践公约宗旨和满足学员诉求;创新教学方法,实现教育理念与国际接轨;精选师资队伍,强化国际视野和政治担当;改革考核方式,突出履约实践能力和过程评价。结论 国际培训的成功实施促进了公约成员国之间的交流与合作,上述经验和体会对今后举办类似国际培训班提供了有益的参考和借鉴。

Objective In order to better organize the International Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons(OPCW)training course on chemical hazard medical protection and rescue,and further help and enhance the compliance capacity and level of member states of the Chemical Weapons Convention,it is necessary to summarize the experience and practices of successfully organizing the training course in the early stage.Method Systematically summarize the teaching experiences of the international medical training course from the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods,teaching staff,and assessment methods.Result Optimize teaching content,practice the purpose of the convention,and meet the needs of students;Innovate teaching methods to achieve educational concepts in line with international standards;Selected teaching staff,strengthened international perspective and political responsibility;Reform the assessment method,highlight the practical ability and process evaluation of performance.Conclusion The successful implementation of international training has promoted exchanges and cooperation among member countries of the Convention,and the above experiences and experiences provide useful reference for organizing similar international training courses in the future.
