Advanced refractories innovation boosts China’s strategy implementation

摘要 耐火材料是高温技术不可或缺的支撑材料,在钢铁、有色、环保、航空航天等领域应用广泛。从重要基础原材料产业和战略新兴产业出发,解析了国家高质量发展、绿色双碳、国防安全等战略对先进耐火材料的需求,总结了耐火材料的现状,并结合耐火材料工业自身高质量绿色低碳发展,讨论了其面临的机遇与挑战,最后结合国家发展战略实施,提出了研发的数字化与智慧化、减量化与结构功能化、绿色低碳新技术用先进耐火材料、耐火材料绿色低碳化数字化制造关键技术与标准等先进耐火材料未来的发展方向。 Refractories,indispensable supporting materials for high temperature technology,are widely used in steel,nonferrous metals,environmental protection,aerospace and other fields.Based on the important fundamental raw material industry and strategic emerging industries,the requirements of China’s high-quality development,green and dual carbon target,and defense and security strategies for advanced refractories were analyzed,and the status of refractories was summarized.The opportunities and challenges of the refractories industry were discussed in the light of its own high-quality,green and low-carbon development.In the end,combined with the implementation of the China’s development strategy,the future development directions of advanced refractories were proposed:digitization and intelligence of research and development,reduction and structural functionalization,advanced refractories for green and low-carbon new technologies,and key technologies and standards for refractories green-low-carbonization and digital manufacturing.
