炉排式垃圾焚烧炉炉衬材料对出口烟气温度的影响及应用

摘要 为了探究垃圾焚烧炉炉衬材料对出口烟气温度的影响,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS的流体模块FLUENT对炉排炉两种不同水冷壁内衬材料(SiC挂砖+SiC自流料,SiC浇注料)的热传导进行了数值模拟研究,分析了炉衬材质和结构对炉排炉一通道出口烟气温度的影响,并进行了实际应用。结果表明:1)炉排炉水冷壁炉衬越厚,一通道出口烟温越高;炉衬厚度相同时,使用SiC浇注料炉衬的一通道出口烟温明显高于使用SiC挂砖+SiC自流料炉衬的。2)挂砖厚度不变时,自流料厚度越大,一通道出口烟气温度越高;炉衬总厚度不变时,挂砖越厚,一通道出口烟气温度越低;炉衬各工作层厚度固定时,一通道出口烟气温度随自流料热导率的升高而降低。实际应用效果显示,在相同的运行条件下,使用SiC挂砖+SiC自流料炉衬比使用SiC浇注料炉衬可使一通道出口烟温更低,余热锅炉热效率更高,抗结焦能力更强。 In order to explore the effect of lining materials on the outlet flue gas temperature of waste incineration grate furnaces,the heat conduction of two kinds of water-cooled wall linings(SiC tiles+SiC self-flow mix and SiC castables)was numerically simulated by fluid module FLUENT of finite element analysis software ANSYS.The effects of lining materials and structures on the flue gas temperature in the grate furnace first channel outlet were analyzed.The simulation results were practically applied.The results show that:(1)the flue gas temperature in the first channel outlet is higher when the furnace lining is thicker;the flue gas temperature in the first channel outlet of the SiC castable lining is significantly higher than that of the SiC tiles+SiC self-flow mix lining when the lining thickness is the same;(2)with the fixed thickness of the SiC tiles,the flue gas temperature in the first channel outlet increases with the increasing thickness of the SiC self-flow mix;with the fixed lining thickness,the flue gas temperature in the first channel outlet gets lower as the SiC tiles get thicker;with the fixed working layer thickness,the flue gas temperature in the first channel outlet decreases with the increasing thermal conductivity of the SiC self-flow mix.The onsite application shows that the SiC tiles+SiC self-flow mix lining has lower flue gas temperatures in the first channel outlet,higher boiler thermal efficiency and stronger anti-coking properties than the SiC castable lining under the same operating conditions.
