黄骅港智慧车站视频智能化应用研究

摘要 为提升车站自动化、智能化水平,提高人员作业安全性,有效减轻劳动强度,基于黄骅港站既有监控、监测、调度通信等设备现状,结合车站在实际生产作业和管理中对视频业务的需求,分析视频系统利旧、可用性及智能化等要求,采用增强现实和视频分析技术,设计开发黄骅港智慧车站立体防控云防系统。通过现场验证,该系统在有效保证调车作业安全的同时,降低了室外作业人员劳动强度,减少车站作业人员数量,可解决黄骅港站不同业务场景的管理问题,为铁路智慧车站建设提供思路。 In order to improve the automation and intelligence level of the station,the safety of personnel operation and reduce labor intensity effectively,based on the current situation of the existing monitoring,surveillance and dispatching communication equipment at Huanghua port station,combined with the actual production and management needs of the station for video business,this paper analyzes the requirements for video system utilization,availability,and intelligence.Adopting AR and video analysis technology,a three-dimensional prevention and control cloud defense system is designed and developed for the Huanghua port smart station.Through field verification,the system effectively ensures the safety of shunting operations while reducing the labor intensity of outdoor operators and the number of station operators.It can solve the management problems of different business scenarios of Huanghua port station and provide ideas for the construction of railway smart station.
