城市轨道交通通信系统UPS电源可用性提升方案研究 被引量:5

摘要 轨道交通通信专业不间断电源(UPS),整合了调度语音通信、信号车地无线通信、防灾与报警、机电设备控制、票务等多个业务系统的电源供应。通过对深圳地铁既有线路通信UPS电源故障进行跟踪调查,深入分析各种故障原因以及不同UPS电源工程设计的优缺点,借鉴民航、大型数据中心等UPS电源的设计经验,探索改进地铁通信UPS电源工程设计方案。利用通信、信号等重要系统终端负载双电源冗余的特点,采用双UPS、双母线设计,双路独立的UPS电源在负载设备侧通过直流并联,提升UPS电源的可用性,达到容错的目的。该通信UPS电源可用性提升方案使UPS电源的任意一个节点故障时,均不影响负载的正常电源供应,实现在负载不断电的情况下对故障设备的安全检修,提高UPS电源的维护效率。 Uninterruptable power supply(UPS)for communication system of urban transit integrates the power supplies of multiple business systems such as dispatching voice communication,vehicle-ground wireless communication of signal system,disaster prevention and alarm,mechanical and electrical equipment control,ticketing,ect.Through the tracking and investigation of UPS power supply faults of existing lines of Shenzhen Metro,in-depth analysis of various fault causes and the advantages and disadvantages of various UPS power engineering design plans in the industry,learning from the design experience of UPS power supply such as civil aviation and large data centers,the engineering design of UPS power supply for metro communication is explored and improved.Taking advantage of the redundancy characteristics of dual power supply for terminal loads of important systems such as communication and signal,the design of double UPS and double bus bar are adopted,and the dual independent UPS power supply is connected in parallel through the load equipment at DC side,which can improve the availability of UPS power supply remarkably,so as to achieve the purpose of fault tolerance.When any node of the UPS power supply fails,it will not affect the normal power supply of the load and realize the safe maintenance of the faulty equipment under the condition of uninterrupted operation of load,improving the maintenance efficiency of the UPS power supply.
