“港口-产业-城市”融合发展水平测度:以江苏为例

Research on the Measurement of the Integrated Development Level of"Port-Industry-City":A Case Study of Jiangsu Province

文章构建了“港产城”融合发展体系评价指标,采取了极差标准化的方式来对原始数据进行标准化处理,然后利用熵值法计算权重,对江苏省13个设区市2005—2021年的“港产城”融合发展水平进行测算。结果发现:各设区市的融合协调度整体上呈现出平稳进步发展,具有时间递增性。同时,13个设区市在融合协调度上存在着显著的地区差异性,具体为南京市处于高度协调发展阶段,苏州、无锡和常州处于中级协调发展阶段,镇江、连云港、泰州、南通和扬州处于勉强协调发展阶段,徐州、盐城和淮安处于轻度失调发展阶段,宿迁处于严重失调发展阶段。

The paper constructs the evaluation index of Jiangsu's"Port industry City"coordinated development system.A range normalization method was adopted to nomalize the raw data.Then the fusion coordination degree of 13 regions from 2005 to 2021 was measured by using the fusion coordination degree model with the lowest differentiation coefficient.At the same time,there are significant regional differences in the degree of integration and coordination in 13 prefecture-level cities,specifically,Nanjing is in the stage of highly coordinated development,Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou are in the stage of intermediate coordinated development,Zhenjiang,Lianyungang,Taizhou,Nantong and Yangzhou are in the stage of barely coordinated development,Xuzhou,Yancheng and Huaian are in the stage of mild maladjustment development,and Suqian is in the stage of serious maladjustment development.
