广西海洋经济与区域经济的耦合协调研究

The Coupling Coordination Degree of Marine Economy and Regional Economy in Guangxi

为了推动广西的海洋经济发展,并更好地将广西融入国家的海洋经济规划中,文章基于当前的研究现状,选取了12个具有代表性的评价指标,利用熵值法计算了2012—2021年广西海洋经济和区域经济的综合评价得分,进而利用综合得分,评估两者的耦合协调状况,并据此提出相应的发展建议。研究结果显示,广西的海洋经济和区域经济的发展水平均在不断提高,两者之间的耦合度相对较高,综合发展指数和耦合协调度均在稳步上升。此外,广西的海洋经济发展现象趋于稳定,海洋产业结构不断优化。建议广西在未来的发展中,应坚持融入西部陆海新通道战略,推进港产城深度融合发展,并持续优化海洋产业结构。这将有助于进一步提升广西的海洋经济发展水平,提高其在国家海洋经济规划中的地位和作用。

To promote the development of Guangxi's marine economy and better integrate Guangxi into the national marine economy plan,this article,based on the current research status,selects 12 representative evaluation indicators.By using the entropy method,it calculates the comprehensive evaluation scores of Guangxi's marine economy and regional economy from 2012 to 2021.Furthermore,a model is constructed to assess the coupling and coordination between the two and provide corresponding development suggestions.The research results show that the development level of Guangxi's marine economy and regional economy has been continuously improving,and the coupling degree between the two is relatively high.The comprehensive development index and the coupling coordination degree are steadily increasing.In addition,the development of Guangxi's marine economy has become stable,and the marine industry structure has been continuously optimized.It is recommended that Guangxi should adhere to the integration of the Western Land-Sea Corridor strategy in future development,promote the deep integration of ports,industries,and cities,and continuously optimize the marine industry structure.This will help further enhance the development level of Guangxi's marine economy,and elevate its position and role in the national marine economy plan.
