摘要
在人口老龄化背景下,美国宾州州立大学进行了代际项目的有益尝试,项目围绕代际破冰、代际协作、代际同庆、代际嵌入等部分设计活动,增进了“一老一小”两代人群的福祉。研究发现,“一老一小”群体在该代际项目中均明显受益,项目为儿童提供与老年人群交往的经验,助其形成对老年人的积极认知;项目在减轻社会老年歧视的同时为老年人提供了实现其价值的舞台,是践行积极老龄化的有益探索。基于我国国情,得到的启示是:加强代际活动设计,实现代际活动的教育价值;推动童年研究和老年学的学术对话,探索代际融合的学术话语体系;整合社会资源,加强老幼耦合,打造老幼友好型社会。
In the context of an aging population,Penn State University of the United States has initiated a beneficial attempt of the intergenerational project.It designs some activities focusing on intergenerational icebreaking,intergenerational collaboration,intergenerational celebration,and intergenerational embedding,which has improved the well-being of the two generations of"the elderly and the young".The study finds that the two groups of"the elderly and the young"both benefit significantly from the intergenerational project.The project provides children with the experience of interacting with the elderly group and helps them form a positive cognition of the elderly.The project provides a stage for the elderly to realize their value while alleviating social discrimination against the elderly,which is a beneficial exploration of practicing active aging.Based on the national conditions,we should do the following in practice:strengthening the design of intergenerational activities and realizing the educational value of intergenerational activities;promoting the academic dialogue between childhood studies and gerontology,and exploring the academic discourse system of intergenerational integration;integrating social resources,strengthening the coupling of the elderly and the young,and building a friendly society for the elderly and the young.
