摘要
数字化转型是企业发展的必经之路,而企业学习作为组织发展的重要组成部分,其自身的数字化程度和人才培养转型至关重要。研究以中国电信股份有限公司人才发展中心作为案例对象,全面解析数据驱动下的企业学习数字化转型实践,归纳出“有数”到“建数”再到“用数”的三阶段九步骤数字化转型路径,该路径在自研产品嵌入、人才培养盘点、智慧学习推送等多场景具有突出亮点。基于中国电信数字化转型的实践案例研究,企业在进行数字化转型时,要充分发挥数据驱动作用,遵照转型路径渐进式地实施,并以整合的视角构建数字化学习型组织,以期能为企业学习数字化转型实践的相关研究提供参考。
Digital transformation is the gate to enterprise development.Enterprise learning is an important part of organizational development,and its degree of digitalization and the transformation of talent cultivation are crucial.Taking the Talent Development Center of China Telecom Co.,Ltd.as an example,this study comprehensively analyzes the data-driven enterprise learning digital transformation practice,and summarizes the three-stage and nine-step digital transformation path from"having data"to"building data",and then to"using data".This path has outstanding highlights in multiple scenarios such as embedding self-developed products,talent training inventory,and smart learning push.Based on the cases of China Telecom's digital transformation,this study also puts forward three enlightenments:giving full play to the role of data-driven;implementing gradually by following the transformation path;building a digital learning organization from an integrated perspective.It is expected to provide references for relevant research on digital transformation of enterprise learning.
