摘要
针对我国机床铸件的质量现状,论述了我国机床铸件的低碳当量、高强度对机床的精度及精度保持性的影响;综合目前国内外研究机构对高端机床铸件的研究及应用情况,表明高端数控精密机床铸件向高碳当量、高强度、高刚度、低合金化与低应力的趋势发展,通过与该领域铸造专家交流以及国内一些生产机床铸件企业调研基础上,提出了我国机床铸件发展方向及质量改进措施建议。
According to the quality status of machine tool castings in China,the influence of low carbon equivalent and high strength of machine tool castings on the accuracy and accuracy retention of machine tools was discussed.Based on the current research and application of high-end machine tool castings by domestic and foreign research institutions,it shows that high-end CNC precision machine tool castings are developing towards high carbon equivalent,high strength,high stiffness,low alloying and low stress.Based on the exchange with casting experts in this field and the investigation of some domestic production machine tool castings enterprises,The development direction and quality improvement measures of machine tool castings in China are put forward.
