摘要
介绍了HT300机床铸件的铸造工艺,针对铸件存在的裂纹、缩松等缺陷,通过提高铸件的CE、加入适量的合金元素Cu、Sn进行微合金化,以达到改善基体组织,细化晶粒,提高铸件的强度、硬度组织均匀性以及尺寸精度稳定性的目的,并获得合格铸件。
The casting process of HT300 machine tool castings was introduced.the cast iron was microalloyed to improve the matrix structure,refine the grain,and improve the strength,hardness uniformity and dimensional accuracy stability of the casting by increasing the carbon equivalent of the castings and adding appropriate alloying elements Cu and Sn for microalloying.Qualified castings were obtained through production.
