This paper introduces a new type of investment casting core by pouring forming.The core takes silica sol as binder,corundum powder and fused quartz sand as refractory aggregate,and is cured with environmental friendly curing agent.It has the characteristics of high wet strength,good collapsibility and low cost.The development process takes the difficult core as the carrier,and through formula optimization,the technical problems of insufficient wet strength and easy fracture for shrinkage in the core forming stage are solved,so that it has the ability of industrial application.
