摘要 在现代企业信息化、数字化跨越转型过程中,汽车铸造企业车间生产传统模式对“人机料法环测”等硬件方面的持续优化,往往忽略了企业智能化、自动化等软件管理系统方面尤其是MES智能化生产的技术优势,以至于大多数企业虽然体系完整、规模庞大,但是在降本增效方面收效甚微,企业运转效率反而受到了严重影响。笔者从车间的现实痛点诉求出发,通过分析制造执行系统(MES)的技术优势,提出MES智能化生产应用展望,以做探索和思考。 In the process of modern enterprise informatization and digital leapfrog transformation,the traditional production mode of automobile casting enterprises in the workshop often overlooks the technological advantages of software management systems such as intelligence and automation,especially MES intelligent production,in terms of hardware optimization such as human-machine material method and environmental testing.As a result,although most enterprises have a complete system and a large scale,the thunder of cost reduction and efficiency increase is small.On the contrary,the operational efficiency of the enterprise is severely affected.Starting from the practical pain points and demands of the workshop,the author analyzes the technological advantages of Manufacturing Execution System(MES)and proposes a prospect for MES intelligent production application for exploration and reflection.
