近年来,食品安全问题频发,对人们的生命健康造成了巨大威胁,因此食品监管显得尤为重要。随着信息技术的快速发展,食品监管信息化成为解决食品安全问题的重要手段。信息化为监管部门提供了更加高效、准确和可靠的手段,有助于提升监管水平,保障公众的食品安全。基于此,本文分析食品监管信息化的实践与思考。

In recent years,the frequent occurrence of food safety problems has caused a great threat to people’s life and health,so food supervision is particularly important.With the rapid development of information technology,food supervision information has become an important means to solve food safety problems.Informationization provides regulatory authorities with more efficient,accurate and reliable means to help improve the level of supervision and ensure the public’s food safety.Based on this,this paper analyzes the practice and thinking of food supervision informatization.
