沙漠地区公路减灾选线设计方法研究

摘要 沙漠地区生态环境脆弱、风沙灾害频发,用先进的减灾选线设计方法进行沙漠公路的高质量建设具有重要意义。为了从源头上减小风沙灾害对公路建设运营的影响,研究了沙漠地区公路减灾选线设计方法。在设计全过程要强化减灾选线的理念,加强前期风沙危害的勘察与分析;结合工程要求和风沙危害特征,提出了沙漠公路路线设计的基本原则;对于沙害严重区域,可开展方案的综合优选,构建了沙漠公路路线方案的综合评价指标体系。以尉犁~且末沙漠公路为例进行了方法的应用分析。结果表明:基于该方法可以有效地减小公路沙害及其对地理环境的影响,提高了沙漠公路设计的水平和质量,能对今后沙漠地区公路的减灾设计提供一定的借鉴参考。 Desert areas are characterized by fragile ecological environment and frequent sandstorm disasters,thus it is of great significance to use advanced disaster reduction design methods to carry out high-quality construction of desert highways.In order to reduce the impact of sandstorm disaster on highway construction and operation from the origin,the disaster reduction design method of highway in desert areas is studied.First of all,the concept of disaster reduction and the investigation and analysis of wind-sand hazards in the early stage should be strengthened throughout the design process.Based on the engineering requirements and sand hazard characteristics,the basic principles of desert highway route design are proposed.For areas with severe sand damage,comprehensive optimization of schemes can be carried out,and the evaluation index system of desert highway route scheme is constructed.The method is analyzed through its application in the Yuli-Qiemo Desert Highway.The results show that the method can effectively reduce the sand hazard and its impact on the geographical environment,which can improve the level and quality of desert highway design.This study can provide some reference for disaster reduction design of highway indesertareas.
