铁矿渣路基碾压影响因素的颗粒流模拟分析

摘要 为了揭示铁矿渣路基填料碾压质量影响因素的作用机制,提出了一种模拟铁矿渣路基填料碾压过程的颗粒流数值计算方法,系统探讨了压路机碾轮直径、碾轮移动速度、松铺厚度以及碾轮振动频率对铁矿渣路基填料沉降、压实度的影响规律。结果表明:选用带大直径碾轮的压路机,降低碾轮移动速度、减小松铺厚度、提高振动频率均可有效降低铁矿渣路基填料的工后沉降,但对增加不同深度处铁矿渣填料压实度的效果不显著。对26 t重型压路机,碾压遍数应不低于5次,移动速度控制为2.2 km/h,振动频率为45 Hz,最佳松铺厚度为0.4 m,在此条件下进行铁矿渣路基填料碾压施工可以获得较好的压实效果。 In order to reveal the mechanism of influencing factors on the rolling quality of iron slag as subgrade filling,a particle flow analysis method is proposed to simulate the rolling construction process of iron slag as subgrade filling.The effects of roller diameter,roller moving speed,loose paving thickness and roller vibration frequency on the settlement and compactness of iron slag as subgrade filling are systematically discussed.The research shows that the post construction settlement of iron slag as subgrade filling can be effectively decreased by using large-diameter roller,reducing the moving speed of roller,reducing the loose paving thickness and increasing the vibration frequency,but the effect on increasing the compactness of iron slag filler at different depths is not significant.For the selected 26 t heavy-duty roller,the number of rolling repetitions shall be not less than 5 times,the moving speed be controlled as 2.2 km/h,vibration frequency be 45 Hz,and optimal paving thickness is O.4 m.Under these conditions,the rolling construction of iron slag subgrade filling can obtain better compaction effect.
