广西雨雾频发山区高速公路交通安全保障技术研究

Research on Safety Guarantee Technology of Mountainous Expressway in Frequent Rain-fog Areas of Guangxi

摘要 为解决雨雾频发山区高速公路交通事故频发,交通安全保障措施落地依据针对性、可操作性不强的问题,依托广西雨雾频发山区高速公路,从被动交通安全和主动交通安全的角度提出交通安全保障技术与措施。首先采用统计分析、问卷调查、驾驶模拟等方法,分析广西雨雾频发地区雨雾气象的分布规律及对高速公路的影响,依据“雨雾影响路段分级、行车安全影响分档”的原则制定雨雾气象灾害分级评估标准。针对雨雾影响路段的分级、分档结果,提出交通安全设施、排水设施及道路环境监测设施设置的被动交通安全保障技术与智能诱导、可变限速、广域诱导、车路协同伴随式信息服务的主动交通安全保障技术。 In order to solve the problem of frequent occurrence of traffic accidents on expressways in frequent rain-fog mountainous areas,and in view that the implementation of traffic safety guarantee measures are not targeted and operable,in the paper,relying on expressways in mountainous areas with frequent rain and fog in Guangxi,traffic safety technology and measures are put forward from the perspectives of passive traffic safety and active traffic safety.Firstly,by using statistical analysis,questionnaire survey,driving simulation and other methods,the distribution rule of rain and fog meteorology and its influence on expressways in frequent rain and fog areas of Guangxi are analyzed.According to the principle of“classification of road sections affected by rain and fog,and classification of driving safety effects”,the grading and evaluation standards of rain and fog meteorological disasters are formulated.According to the classification and grading results of road sections affected by rain and fog,the passive traffic safety guarantee technology of traffic safety facilities,drainage facilities and road environment monitoring facilities and the active traffic safety guarantee technology of intelligent guidance,variable speed limit,wide area guidance and vehicle road cooperative accompanying information service are proposed.
