基于层次分析法的高速公路沥青路面预防性养护决策模型 被引量:3

Pre-maintenance Decision Model of Expressway Asphalt Pavement based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

摘要 目前在高速公路沥青路面的养护决策工作过程中,存在可靠性差、影响因素考虑不全、计算过程复杂等诸多问题,极大地降低了决策结果的科学性、经济性和合理性。为了解决这个问题,基于层次分析法提出养护方案对策库,建立高速公路沥青路面预防性养护决策模型,借助专家打分法和模糊数学理论将决策过程运算量化处理,确定预防性养护方案优先级。研究表明:所建立的决策模型能够充分结合定量分析与定性分析的优势,将决策过程转换为数学问题,在简化决策过程的同时提高了决策的科学性;以某路段2021年实测路面技术状况数据为基础,对模型进行验证,证明模型方法准确、可靠;目标高速公路路段预防性养护方案的优先级为:薄层罩面>就地热再生>微表处>稀浆封层>灌缝或封缝>碎石封层>复合封层>雾封层;在此基础上,得出目标路段下年度养护建议:宜采用薄层罩面作为养护措施。 At present,there are many problems in the decision-making process of highway asphalt pavement maintenance,such as poor reliability,incomplete consideration of influencing factors and complex calculation process,which greatly reduce the scientificity,economy and rationality of the decision results.To solve this problem,in this paper the countermeasure pool of maintenance schemes is put forward based on analytic hierarchy process,the preventive maintenance decision model of highway asphalt pavement is established,and the priority of preventive maintenance scheme is determined by means of expert scoring method and fuzzy mathematics theory.The research shows that the established decisionmaking model can fully combine the advantages of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,transform the decision-making process into mathematical problems,and improve the scientific nature of decisionmaking while simplifying the decision-making process.Based on the measured pavement technical condition data of a road section in 2o2l,the model is verified to prove that the model method is accurate and reliable.The priority of preventive maintenance scheme of target highway section is:thin layer cover>hot in-place recycling>micro-surfacing>slurry seal>crack or seal>gravel seal>composite seal>fog seal.On this basis,the annual maintenance suggestion of target section is obtained:thin layer cover should be used as maintenance measure.
