摘要
自噬是由细胞自噬相关基因所介导的,利用溶酶体降解自身受损细胞器和大分子物质,实现能量与物质循环再利用的生理过程。目前,以分子分型为导向的乳腺癌综合治疗虽已取得良好的临床效果,但细胞自噬等生物学行为在乳腺癌的发生、发展及治疗中的作用尚需进一步研究。自噬在乳腺癌生物学进展中呈现出促癌-抑癌双重调控的作用。本文将对自噬在乳腺癌上皮-间质转化、凋亡、肿瘤微环境和免疫治疗中发挥的双重调控作用进行综述。
Autophagy is a biological process mediated by autophagy-related genes in which the damaged organelles and macromolecular substances are degraded by lysosomes to realize a recycling of energy and mater. Although comprehensive management of breast cancer based on molecular subtyping has obtained beneficial clinical outcomes, the role of some biological behaviors such as autophagy in the development of breast cancer still needs further clarification.Autophagy plays a dual role of pro-tumor and anti-tumor in the biological progression of breast cancer. In this article, we briefly summarized the dual regulation of autophagy in epithelial-mesenchymal transition, apoptosis, tumor microenvironment and immunotherapy of breast cancer.
