摘要
目的 比较三维立体成像系统与传统二维摄影在歪鼻测量中的可靠性。方法 获取自2018年1月至2022年1月,于北京大学第三医院成形外科就诊的30例歪鼻患者的Vectra XT 3D图像和2D标准化摄影图像,通过2名测评者对13个测量指标进行测量比较测评者间及测评者内可靠性。结果 3D立体成像测量的组内相关系数(intraclass correlation coefficient,ICC)略优于2D标准化摄影测量(测评者内ICC分别为0.93±0.43和0.83±0.77,P<0.05;测评者间ICC分别为0.92±0.61和0.85±0.85,P=0.003),测量技术误差(technical error of measurement, TEM)、相对TEM(relative TEM, r TEM)在组内及组间评估差异均有统计学意义,相对误差测量(relative error measurement, REM)在组间评估差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与2D标准化摄影测量相比,3D立体成像测量在歪鼻评价中具有更为优异的可靠性。
Objective To evaluate the reliability of a 3D stereoscopic imaging system compared to conventional 2D photography in the measurement of patients with crooked noses.Methods The Vectra XT 3D images and 2D standardized photographic images of 30 patients with crooked nose were obtained,and 13 measurement indexes were measured by 2 evaluators to compare the inter-evaluator and intra-evaluator reliability.Results The intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC)of 3D stereoscopic imaging measurement was slightly better than that of 2D standardized measurement(Intra-rater ICC:0.93±0.43 vs 0.83±0.77,P<0.05;Inter-rater ICC:0.92±0.61 vs 0.85±0.85,P=0.003),TEM and rTEM had statistically significant differences in both intra-group and inter-group evaluations,and REM had statistically significant differences in inter-group evaluations(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D stereoscopic imaging measurements showed superior reliability in the evaluation of deviated nose compared with 2D standardized measurements.
