葡萄清土扒藤机械化技术研究现状与展望 被引量:1

摘要 目前葡萄清土扒藤作业仍以人工作业为主,劳动强度大、效率低下、成本高、作业季节性强,因此采用机械化作业已是必然发展趋势。为此,本文通过对近年来国内外葡萄清土扒藤机及其自动避障装置的研究现状进行介绍,将各机型及其避障装置进行分析和比对,研究结果表明高效稳定的避障装置是葡萄清土扒藤机械化、智能化发展的关键因素,对促进葡萄清土扒藤机械及葡萄产业化的发展具有重要意义。 At present,the grape clearing and grubbing operation is still mainly manual operation,labour intensity,low efficiency,high cost,operation seasonal,so the use of mechanized operation is an inevitable development trend.In this regard,the current research status of the domestic and foreign grape clearing and grubbing machine and its automatic obstacle avoidance device in recent years were introduced in this paper,and the models and their obstacle avoidance devices were analyzed and compared,and the research results indicate that the research of efficient and stable obstacle avoidance device is the key factor in the development of grape clearing and grubbing mechanization and intelligence,which is of great significance to the promotion of grape clearing and grubbing machinery and the development of grape industrialization.
