机采棉清理加工设备存在的问题与建议

摘要 棉花是新疆主要的农产品,其中长绒棉凭借其优良的品质成为棉花中的精品,被广泛用作高端纺织品的主要原料。由于长绒棉对生产环境要求高,种植面积小,且机械化采摘程度相较于细绒棉而言较低,因此针对机采长绒棉的清理加工装置的研究较少,缺少专用的清理设备。为了研制针对长绒棉的加工设备,提高机采长绒棉的加工质量,本文介绍了不同阶段棉花清理所需的清理加工设备,对这些设备的特点与工作原理进行了总结和分析,指出了机采棉花清理加工中存在的问题并给出了具有针对性的建议,以期为未来机采长绒棉加工设备的设计研发提供思路。 Cotton is the main agricultural product in Xinjiang,long-staple cotton has become a boutique in cotton with its excellent quality and is widely used as the main raw material of high-end textiles.Due to the high requirements for the production environment,the planting area of long-staple are small,the mechanized picking degree of long staple cotton is lower than fine staple cotton,therefore,there is less research on cleaning and processing device for long staple cotton,and there is a lack of special cleaning equipment.In order to develop the processing equipment for long staple cotton and improve the processing quality of mechanized-picked long staple cotton,several equipment for different stages of cotton cleaning and processing were introduced in this paper,the characteristics and work principle of these equipment were summerized and analyzed,the problems that exist in cleaning and processing of mechanized-picked cotton were pointed out and targeted suggestions were given in order to provide ideas for design and decelopment of mechanized-picked cotton processing equipment in the future.
