县域生态产品价值实现路径——基于荣成市生态系统生产总值(GEP)核算的案例分析

Realization Path of County Ecological Product Value-A Case Study of Gross Ecosystem Product(GEP)Accounting in Rongcheng City

生态产品价值实现是生态产品资源优势向产品经济效益高效可持续转化的途径。本文通过分析荣成市生态产品总值(GEP)核算结果和荣成市近年来生态产品价值实现实践案例,探究其生态产品价值实现的优势、经验、问题及潜力,提出提升生态产品价值转化效率的有效路径。研究表明,荣成市海陆生态资源丰富,建议在以海洋生态产品价值实现为主线的基础上,融合优质海陆生态资源,通过拓宽生态补偿对象与路径,谋划针对不同生态产品的市场交易途径,延伸产业链条,推进GEP核算考核机制等方式,加速构建和完善多元化的荣成市生态产品价值实现路径。

Value realization of ecosystem products is an effective and sustainable way to transform the resource advantages of ecological products into the economic benefits.By analyzing the accounting results of the total value of ecological products(GEP)and the practical cases of the value realization of ecological products in Rongcheng City in recent years,this paper puts forward an effective way to improve the value transformation efficiency of production products.The results show that Rongcheng City is rich in marine and terrestrial ecological resources.The study suggests that Rongcheng City should accelerate the construction of a diversified ecological product value realization path with the realization of marine ecological value as the main line by broadening the ecological compensation objects and paths,planning market trading channels for different ecological products,extending the industrial chain,and promoting the GEP accounting and assessment mechanism.
