摘要
在传统的生产过程中,成缆和护套为两个完全独立的工序,成缆工序产出的缆芯收卷至周转大铁盘并划分区域存储;护套加工时再利用设备运输至护套工序加工,最终产出成品。在实际生产中成缆和护套工序的生产速率不同,可能导致库存数量不匹配,很难整体统筹生产。另外传统收放线占地面积大,每次换卷时需生产线停机影响生产效率,且半成品周转需要大量的运输成本,生产效率低下。通过增加储线装置组合成护套一体化模式生产,该储线装置采用西门子V90伺服电机扭矩控制模式与成缆线生产速度匹配控制进线速度,采用脉冲PTI定位控制方式控制绕线速度在笼体内进行储线2公里左右,此装置增加后可以成缆护套一体化连续生产,大幅度提升工作效率,减小劳动强度,同时取消半成品缆芯周转及释放存储空间。
In the traditional production process,cable forming and sheath are two completely independent processes.The cable core produced by the cable forming process is rolled up to the revolving iron tray and stored in different areas.During sheath processing,the equipment is used to transport to the sheath process for processing,and the final product is produced.In actual production,the production rate of cable forming and sheath process is different,which may lead to the inventory quantity mismatch,and it is difficult to make overall planning for production.In addition,the traditional retracting and releasing line occupies a large area,so the production line needs to be shut down every time the coil is changed,which affects the production efficiency.Moreover,the turnover of semi-finished products requires a large amount of transportation costs,which leads to low production efficiency.By increasing the line storage device into sheath integration mode of production,the store line device adopts the Siemens V90 servo motor torque control mode and control into the linear velocity,into cable production speed matching using pulse PTI positioning control method of controlling the coiling speed inside the cage to store line 2 km,this device after the increase can be integrated into the cable sheath continuous production,Greatly improve work efficiency,reduce labor intensity,and cancel the turnover of semi-finished cable core and release storage space.
