摘要
随着在线课程逐步成为常态化,对于学校教育管理而言,不仅是教育方式的改变,更对教师技能力提出新要求。数字教学胜任力对高等教育质量与学生的学习成效有直接的影响。通过对“胜任力”“数字素养”等相关领域文献的归纳演绎,明确界定“教师数字胜任力”的概念和主要内涵;构建高校线上教学教师数字胜任力评价结构模型,将其所属的构成要素按照一定的规则进行梳理和归类,形成由主要能力要素构成的层级关系图,从而确定教师线上数字胜任力的评价指标体系。
With the gradual normalization of online courses,for school education management,it is not only a change in education methods,but also an examination of teachers'technical ability.Digital teaching competency has a direct impact on the quality of higher education and student learning outcomes.Through the inductive deduction of literature in related fields such as"competence"and"digital literacy",the concept and main connotation of"digital competence of teachers"are clearly defined;Then,the structure model of digital competency evaluation of online teaching teachers in colleges and universities is constructed,and the constituent elements to which it belongs are sorted out and classified according to certain rules,and a hierarchical relationship diagram composed of main competency elements is formed,so as to determine the evaluation index system of teachers'online digital competency.
