开展课程思政是实现“立德树人”根本任务与目标的重要途径,对高校工商管理类专业课程来说,价值塑造功能尤为关键。遵循深化课程思政设计——深化课程思政实践——深化课程思政评价这一路径进行整合性分析,从课程、教师与学校等层面分析深化课程思政建设的具体策略,包括制定建设目标与建设计划、优化专业课程内容、提炼专业课程特色、改进专业课程教学、提升教师课程思政意愿和能力、针对学生专业知识与思想素质、教师专业技能与职业素质以及学校层面管理机制等方面进行评价等,以期为高校工商管理类专业课程思政建设提供一定的思路借鉴。

Construction of curriculum ideology and politics is an important approach to realize the task and object of the moral education.For college specialized course in business administration major,value shaping function is particularly critical.Follow the path of"deepening the design of curriculum ideology and politics-deepening the practice of curriculum ideology and politics-deepening the evaluation of curriculum ideology and politics"to analyze integrated,the paper proposes the strategy to deepen the construction of curriculum ideology and politics from course,teacher and college level,such as making construction objects and plans,optimizing contents of specialized course,refing characteristics of specialized course,improving teaching of specialized course;enhancing the willing and ability of teachers,evaluating from the professional knowledge and ideological quality of the students and professional skills and professional quality of the teachers,and management mechanism of school level.The paper hopes that these measures can provide certain reference to the construction of curriculum ideology and politics for college specialized course in business administration major.
