新时代综合教育理念对人才培养质量提出了更高的目标要求,高校不仅要从知识体系和价值体系方面进行整合革新,也需从教学方法、教学手段、教学环境等多层面进行更多探索实践。基于课程思政的原则要求和高校“立德树人”的使命,其建设应立足专业培养目标,在增强教师育人意识和能力的基础上,不断加强系统性建设,积极进行改革创新,加快推进全方位、全过程建设,构建全员全程全方位育人大格局。

In the new era,the concept of comprehensive education is emphasized with a higher requirement for the quality improvement of talents.Universities should not only integrate and innovate the knowledge and value system but also make effort to enrich the teaching methods to create an appropriate environment.Based on the principle of ideological and political education,and the mission of"establishing moral education",the construction of ideological and political education should be based on professional training,awareness and capabilities of teachers,a continuous systematic construction,etc.Reform and innovation should be encouraged to accelerate the construction of all-round and all-process construction of ideological and political education,in order to build a comprehensive pattern of all-round education for all staff.
