“虚拟教研室”与“传统教研室”的关系探究 被引量:3

摘要 “虚拟教研室”与“传统教研室”都是教学研究的基层组织。二者在建设的任务目标上、方向功能上以及内容要求等方面具有密不可分的内在联系,但在组织结构、教研优势及设立条件等方面又有所不同。只有正确把握二者的关系,才能正确看待“虚拟教研室”的建设,从而充分发挥二者的优势,形成协同效应,全面提高教师教书育人的能力。 "Virtual Teaching and Research Section"and"Traditional Teaching and Research Section"are grassroots organizations of teaching and research.The two are inextricably linked in terms of task objectives,direction,function and content requirements of construction,but they are different in terms of organizational structure,teaching and research advantages and establishment conditions.Only by correctly grasping the relationship between the two can we correctly view the construction of the"Virtual Teaching and Research Section",so as to give full play to the advantages of the two,form synergy,and comprehensively improve teachers'ability to teach and educate people.
