摘要
珠三角地区产业升级转型对工商管理人才提出新的要求,对民办本科高校工商管理人才培养带来了新的挑战。对此,民办院校工商管理专业人才培养可结合珠三角地区对工商管理人才需求趋势和行业发展方向等因素,对其人才培养方案进行创新,培养更适合社会需求的人才。人才培养模式为制定与时俱进的人才培养方案、加大实践教育及校企合作力度、培养一专多通型人才及具有国际视野的应用型人才。
Many private undergraduate universities in the Pearl River Delta have set up business administration majors.However,due to the industrial upgrading and transformation in the Pearl River Delta region,new requirements are put forward for business administration talents,which also brings new challenges to the cultivation of business administration talents in private undergraduate universities.In this regard,private colleges and universities can innovate their talent training programs in combination with factors such as the demand trend for business management talents in the Pearl River Delta region and the development direction of the industry,so as to cultivate talents more suitable for social needs.The main idea is to force the reform of talent training mode in colleges and universities with the target of the characteristics of talent market demand,that is,to optimize the talent training mode in a results-oriented way to improve its competitive advantage.Among them,the specific optimization measures for the talent training mode are to formulate a personnel training plan that keeps pace with the times,strengthen practical education and cooperation between schools and enterprises,and cultivate talents with one specialty and multiple abilities and applied talents with international vision.
