摘要
酒店业作为海南旅游产业中重要的产业,其市场地位备受关注因而发展迅速,各高星级酒店为适应发展速度,提升市场地位,对酒店人才需求更是求贤若渴,引发行业人才培养的思考。为进一步探索酒水课程的职业教育改革,以打造酒水服务与品鉴专业课程特色为核心,遵循以企业岗位能力为起点,“1+X”证书资格为目标,专业课程为载体,证课融合为纽带的原则,将“1+X”证书制度内容与专业课程进行融合并开展课证互融教学创新,以充分实现强化专业课程教学质量与提升专业学生对口就业能力,。
As an important part of the tourism industry in Hainan,the hotel industry has attracted much attention and developed rapidly.In order to adapt to the development speed and consolidate their own market position,the high-star hotels are eager for talents.In order to further explore the vocational education reform of beverage courses,the professional course"Beverage Service and Tasting"is taken as an example,following the enterprise position as the starting point,the"1+X"certificate as the goal,professional courses as the medium,the integration of certification courses as the link.The content of"1+X"certificate system is integrated with professional courses to carry out the teaching innovation of course certificate mutual integration,so as to fully achieve the strengthening of the teaching quality of courses and enhance the professional students'employment ability at the same time.
