内蒙古巴彦淖尔市部分规模化牛场产肠毒素大肠杆菌F5流行病学调查

Epidemiological Investigation of Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli F5 in Some Large-scale Cattle Farms in Bayannur City,Inner Mongolia

为了解内蒙古巴彦淖尔地区规模养殖场由产肠毒素大肠杆菌(ETEC)F5菌毛引起的腹泻流行情况,采集巴彦淖尔市规模化养牛场284份血样和300份粪样,采用ELISA和PCR方法进行了产肠毒素大肠杆菌F5抗体及分子流行病学调查,结果显示:产肠毒素大肠杆菌F5抗体总阳性率为6.34%,抗原总阳性率为27.00%;在采集的样品中,0~2月龄犊牛的抗原阳性率最高,为20.67%,抗体阳性率为4.23%,表明巴彦淖尔地区ETEC F5在0~2月龄犊牛中流行,应进一步开展犊牛腹泻疾病的防控。

In order to understand the prevalence of diarrhea caused by enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli F5 fimbriae in large-scale farms in western Inner Mongolia,284 serum samples and 300 faecal samples were collected from large-scale cattle farms in Bayan Nur city.ELISA and PCR were used to investigate the antibody and molecular epidemiology of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli F5.The results showed that the total positive rate of F5 antibody was 6.43%and the total positive rate of antigen was 27.00%.Among the samples collected,cattle farms in Bayannur city were more seriously infected,and the antigen positive rate of 0~2 month old calves was the highest(20.67%),and the antibody positive rate was 4.23%.The detection results provided a reference for the prevention and control of diarrhea caused by enterotoxin-producing Escherichia coli in cattle farms in Inner Mongolia.
