PDCA循环干预在住院病案管理中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Application Effect of PDCA Cycle Intervention in Inpatient Medical Record Management

目的探讨PDCA循环干预在住院病案管理中的应用效果。方法纳入2022年6—12月厦门市海沧医院收治的住院患者81例作为试验对象,随机分为两组,对照组(40例)采用常规病案管理干预,研究组(41例)采用PDCA循环干预。对两组患者病案管理质量、病案返修率、3 d病案上交率、患者满意度、错误发生率进行比较。结果观察组病案管理质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组病案返修率明显低于对照组,3 d病案上交率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组错误发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环干预用于住院病案管理中获得良好效果,降低了错误发生率,提高了病案管理质量,使得患者更加满意。

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle intervention in inpatient medical record management.Methods A total of 81 inpatients admitted to Xiamen Haicang Hospital were included as the experimental subjects from June to December,2022,randomly divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)received routine medical record management intervention,while the study group(41 cases)received PDCA cycle intervention.A comparison was conducted on the quality of medical record management,medical record repair rate,3-day medical record submission rate,patient satisfaction,and error occurrence rate between the two groups of patients.Results The quality score of medical record management in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The repair rate of medical records in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the 3-day submission rate of medical records was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The error rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle intervention has achieved good results in inpatient medical record management,reduced the incidence of errors,improved the quality of medical record management,and made patients more satisfied.
