低领小弧形切口手术治疗甲状腺癌患者的效果

Effect of Low Collar Small Arc Incision in the Treatment of Thyroid Cancer Patients

目的探讨低领小弧形切口手术治疗对甲状腺癌患者甲状腺功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月福州市第二医院80例甲状腺癌患者,按数字随机分组法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。观察组采用低领小弧形切口手术治疗,对照组予以传统开放性手术治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后甲状腺功能[甲状腺球蛋白(thyroglobulin,TG)、促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)]水平和生活质量(情感、生理、社会/家庭)评分改善情况。结果两组甲状腺癌患者治疗前情感、生理、社会/家庭等生活质量评分,TG、TSH等甲状腺功能水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后情感、生理、社会/家庭等生活质量评分和TG、TSH等甲状腺功能水平均显著改善(P<0.05)。且观察组甲状腺癌患者情感、生理、社会/家庭等生活质量评分和TG、TSH等甲状腺功能水平改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低领小弧形切口手术治疗甲状腺癌的效果优于传统开放手术,更有利于改善患者甲状腺功能,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of low-collar small-arc incision on thyroid function and quality of life in patients with thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with thyroid cancer in Fuzhou Second Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by numerical randomization.The observation group was treated with low-cut small-arc incision,while the control group was treated with traditional open surgery.The improvement of thyroid function[thyroglobulin(TG),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)]level and quality of life(emotional,physiological,social/family)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of emotional,physiological,social/family quality of life and(TG,TSH)before treatment in two groups of thyroid cancer patients.There were no significant differences in thyroid function levels(P>0.05),and scores of emotional,physiological,social/family quality of life and thyroid function levels such as TG and TSH were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).In addition,the improvement of emotional,physiological,social/family quality of life scores and thyroid function levels such as TG and TSH in observation group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of low-collar small-arc incision surgery on thyroid cancer is better than that of traditional open surgery,which is more beneficial to improve the thyroid function and the quality of life of patients.
