视频监控系统在医院感染管理督查中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Video Surveillance System in Hospital Infection Management and Supervision

目的分析视频监控系统在医院感染管理督查中的应用价值。方法常州市中医医院感染管理科2021年1月—2022年12月应用视频监控系统开展医院感染管理督查工作,以2019年1月—2020年12月未开展视频监控系统督查工作进行对照,比较督查前后医院感染发生率、职业暴露发生率、环境卫生监测合格率、医务人员手卫生执行、医院感染知识考评成绩变化情况。结果视频监控系统督查后医院感染发生率较视频监控系统督查前明显降低(P<0.05);医院感染知识考评成绩、医务人员手卫生依从率、医务人员手卫生操作正确率较视频监控系统督查前明显升高(P<0.05)。视频监控系统督查前后医务人员职业暴露发生率、环境卫生监测合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论合理运用视频监控系统开展医院感染管理督查,能提高医院感染管理督查效率,及时发现医院感染管理中的问题与不足;从而切实减少医院感染的发生,提高医院感染管理质量,可为《医院感染预防与控制评价规范》后期标准制定提供借鉴。

Objective To analyze the application value of video surveillance system in hospital infection management and supervision.Methods The department of infection management of Changzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital applied video surveillance system to carry out supervision of nosocomial infection management from January 2021 to December 2022,compared with that from January 2019 to December 2020,when no video surveillance system supervision was carried out.The incidence of nosocomial infection,occupational exposure,qualified rate of environmental health monitoring,compliance rate of medical staff with hand hygiene and the performance of nosocomial infection knowledge evaluation were compared before and after the inspection.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection after video surveillance system supervision was significantly lower than that before video surveillance system supervision(P<0.05),and the score of nosocomial infection knowledge evaluation,the compliance rate of medical staff hand hygiene,and the correct rate of medical staff hand hygiene operation were significantly higher than that before video surveillance system supervision(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in occupational exposure rate and qualified rate of environmental health monitoring before and after video surveillance system inspection(P>0.05).Conclusion Reasonable use of video surveillance system to carry out nosocomial infection management supervision can improve the efficiency of nosocomial infection management supervision,timely discover the problems and deficiencies in nosocomial infection management,effectively reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infection,improve the quality of nosocomial infection management,and provide reference for the later standard formulation of nosocomial infection prevention and control evaluation code.
