六西格玛管理法护理管理对日间病房化疗护理质量的影响

The Influence of Six Sigma Management Method on the Quality of Chemotherapy Nursing Care in Daytime Wards

目的分析六西格玛管理法护理管理对日间病房化疗患者护理质量的影响。方法将2022年3—12月福建省肿瘤医院治疗的500例日间病房化疗患者纳入研究对象,按不同管理方式将患者分为观察组(n=250)和对照组(n=250)。对照组患者实施常规护理措施干预,观察组患者采用六西格玛管理法护理管理。比较两组干预前后护理质量(化疗护理、用药安全、导管维护、感染管理)改善情况、不良事件发生率及护理满意率。结果护理前,两组日间病房化疗患者的化疗护理、用药安全、导管维护、感染管理等护理质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组化疗护理、用药安全、导管维护、感染管理等护理质量评分均显著改善(P<0.05);且观察组日间病房化疗患者干预后各项护理质量评分改善情况显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组日间病房化疗患者不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组日间病房化疗患者总体满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论六西格玛管理法护理管理能有效改善日间病房化疗患者护理质量,减少不良事件发生,提升患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the impact of Six Sigma management nursing management on the quality of care for chemotherapy patients in daytime wards.Methods A total of 500 daytime ward chemotherapy patients treated at Fujian Cancer Hospital from March to December 2022 were included in the study.The patients were divided into an observation group(n=250)and a control group(n=250)according to different management methods.The control group received routine nursing interventions,while the observation group received nursing management using the Six Sigma management method,compare and analyze the improvement of nursing quality(indicators including chemotherapy nursing,medication safety,catheter maintenance,and infection management),incidence of adverse events,and nursing satisfaction rate between the two groups before and after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in the nursing quality scores of chemotherapy care,medication safety,catheter maintenance,and infection management between the two groups of daytime ward chemotherapy patients before intervention(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the nursing quality scores of chemotherapy care,medication safety,catheter maintenance,and infection management were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group showed a significant improvement in nursing quality scores after intervention in the daytime ward chemotherapy patients,while the control group showed a significant improvement(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in daytime ward chemotherapy patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of daytime ward chemotherapy patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Six Sigma nursing management can effectively improve the quality of care for chemotherapy patients in the daytime ward,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and enhance patient satisfaction.
