针刀松解术联合推拿对肩关节周围炎疼痛改善、肩关节功能的影响

Effect of Needle Knife Release Surgery Combined with Massage on Improvement of Periarthritis of Shoulder Joint Pain and Shoulder Joint Function

目的:探讨针刀松解术联合推拿对肩关节周围炎疼痛改善、肩关节功能的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月北京中医医院延庆医院收治的90例肩周炎患者。将其分为对照组和试验组,每组45例,分组方法采用随机数字表法。对照组患者采用针刀松解术进行治疗,试验组在针刀松解术的基础上行推拿治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。研究结束后统计疗效。对比两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Constant-Murley肩关节评分、肩关节活动度。结果:试验组治疗有效率(97.78%)显著高于对照组(77.78%)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组VAS、Constant-Murley肩关节评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,试验组VAS评分显著低于对照组,试验组Constant-Murley肩关节评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组前屈、外展、后伸角度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,试验组前屈、外展、后伸角度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀松解术联合推拿对肩关节周围炎患者疼痛改善效果较好,有助于提高肩关节功能和活动度。

Objective:To explore the effects of needle knife release surgery combined with massage on the improvement periarthritis of shoulder joint pain and shoulder joint function.Method:A total of 90 patients with shoulder periarthritis admitted to Yanqing Hospital of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The grouping method was adopted random number table method.The control group patients were treated with needle knife release surgery,while the experimental group received massage therapy on the basis of needle knife release surgery.Both groups received continuous treatment for 4 weeks.After the end of the study,the efficacy was calculated.Visual analog scale(VAS)scores,Constant-Murley shoulder joint score and shoulder joint range of motion were compared between the two groups.Result:The treatment effectiveness rate(97.78%)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.78%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in VAS and Constant-Murley shoulder joint scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the Constant-Murley shoulder joint scores in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the angle of flexion,abduction,and extension between the two groups(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the angle of flexion,abduction,and extension in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of needle knife release surgery and massage has a good effect on improving pain in patients with periarthritis of shoulder joint,which helps to improve shoulder joint function and range of motion.
