摘要
门诊优质医疗资源分布不均衡导致患者“看病难”。我国社会主义国家的性质决定公立医院姓“公”。公立医院门诊高质量发展就是要坚持以人民健康为中心,主动服务、科学管理,结合中医医院门诊自身特点,取长补短,扬长避短,推动门诊工作提质增效,实现门诊工作的高速发展。本文从提升门诊医疗服务能力、便捷服务能力、信息服务能力、人文服务能力四个方面系统阐述,提出以患者视角为主线的全流程管理理念,并结合山东省中医院门诊管理经验,着重对优化门诊就诊流程,改善患者就医体验进行了相关探讨。
The unbalanced distribution of high-quality medical resources in outpatient department leads to"difficulty in seeing a doctor".The nature of our socialist country determines that the public hospitals is serving for the"Public".The high-quality development of public hospital out-patient service is to adhere to the People's health as the center,take the initiative in service and scientific management,combine the characteristics of the outpatient service of traditional Chinese medicine hospital,through drawing on the strengths and strengthening the weaknesses,developing the strengths and avoiding the weaknesses,then promote the quality and efficiency of outpatient service,finally,to achieve the rapid development of outpatient work.This paper expounds systematically the four aspects of improving the ability of outpatient medical service,convenient service,information service and humanistic service,and puts forward the whole process management concept based on the patient's perspective,combined with the experience of out-patient management in affiliated hospital of Shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine,the optimization of out-patient service flow and improvement of patient experience were mostly discussed.
