2012-2022年我国临床师资研究热点与趋势可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Research Hotspots and Trends of Clinical Teachers in China from 2012 to 2022

目的基于中国知网2012-2021年收录的临床师资学术研究论文,分析我国临床师资研究进程、热点与趋势,为后期研究提供参考。方法以“(主题=附属医院+教学医院+住培基地+规培基地)AND(主题=师资+双师+教师)”为检索条件,检索2012年1月-2022年5月中国知网的全部学术期刊,应用Cite Space软件以关键词为节点类型,生成可视化图谱,绘制聚类图谱、时间演进图谱及突现图谱,分析该领域发展趋势。结果共检索590篇文献,发文机构共有278个,附属医院占36.33%;我国临床师资研究积累文献呈曲线上升;高频关键词出现40次以上的有“附属医院”“临床教学”“教学医院”;共有“临床医学”“临床教师”“教学管理”“附属医院”“医院”“教学质量”“人才培养”“全科医学”“住院医师”“临床实习”10个关键词聚类;关键词突现为“医教协同”。结论附属医院是临床师资研究的主力军,临床师资研究累积发文量符合赖普斯科学增长曲线,具有强大学术生命力和研究潜质,该领域研究热点与焦点主要集中在研究机构、内容、对象、受众人群及影响因素方面,未来研究趋势医教协同。

Objective To analyze the research process,hotspots and trends of clinical teachers in China based on the academic research papers of clinical teachers included in CNKI from 2012 to 2021,so as to provide reference for later research.Methods With"(Subject=Affiliated Hospital+Teaching Hospital+Residential Training Base+Regular Training Base)AND(Subject=Teachers+Double Teachers+Teachers)"as the search condition,searched all academic journals from January 2012 to May 2022.Cite Space software was used to generate visual graph spectrum with keywords as the node type,draw clustering graph,time evolution graph and burst graph,and analyze the development trend of this field.Results A total of 590 literature were retrieved,with a total of 278 publishing institutions,and affiliated hospitals accounted for 36.33%.The accumulated literature on clinical teacher research in China showed a curve rise;the high-frequency keywords appeared more than 40 times,including"affiliated hospital""clinical teaching"and"teaching hospital".A total of 10 keyword clusters were formed,which were"clinical medicine""clinical teacher""teaching management""affiliated hospital""hospital""teaching quality""talent training""general practice""resident"and"clinical practice".The burst word of keyword was"medical and education collaboration".Conclusion Affiliated hospitals are the main force of clinical teachers'research.The cumulative volume of clinical faculty research is in line with the Price’s curve,and has strong academic vitality and research potential..The research focuses mainly on research institutions,contents,objects,audiences and influencing factors.The future research trend is medical and education collaboration.
