TIPE2、TGF-β1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达和意义

The Expression and Significance of TIPE2 and TGF-β1 in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的分析TIPE2、TGF-β1在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达情况,并探讨TIPE2与TGF-β1的关系及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法收集2016年1月-2021年12月昌邑市人民医院术前未经放化疗且经病理确诊的非小细胞肺癌组织50例和50例肿瘤旁的正常肺组织(距离肿瘤≥5 cm)。采取免疫组织化学方法检测TIPE2、TGF-β1的表达,并分析其与各临床病理参数的关系。结果与正常肺组织相比,TIPE2在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达降低(P<0.05);与正常肺组织相比,TGF-β1在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达升高(P<0.05)。TIPE2低表达、TGF-β1高表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期、分化程度有关(P<0.05),而与组织学分型、肿瘤大小、年龄、性别无关(P>0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,TIPE2表达与TGF-β1表达呈负相关(r=-0.298,P=0.018)。结论TIPE2、TGF-β1参与非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展,并且TIPE2低表达、TGF-β1高表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期、分化程度等恶性行为相关。

Objective To analyze the expression of TIPE2 and TGF-β1 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues,and to explore the relationship between TIPE2 and TGF-β1,and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters.Methods From January 2016 to December 2021,50 cases of non-small cell lung cancer tissues and 50 cases of normal lung tissues adjacent to tumors(distance from tumors≥5 cm)were collected from Changyi People's Hospital without preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy and confirmed by pathology.The expression of TIPE2 and TGF-β1 was detected by immunohistochemistry,and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters was analyzed.Results Compared with normal lung tissues,the expression of TIPE2 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues was decreased(P<0.05).Compared with normal lung tissues,the expression of TGF-β1 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues was increased(P<0.05).The low expression of TIPE2 and the high expression of TGF-β1 were related to lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and differentiation degree(P<0.05),and the low expression of TIPE2 and the high expression of TGF-β1 were not related to histological type,tumor size,age and gender(P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that TIPE2 expression was negatively correlated with TGF-β1 expression(r=-0.298,P=0.018).Conclusion TIPE2 and TGF-β1 are involved in the occurrence and development of non-small cell lung cancer,and low expression of TIPE2 and high expression of TGF-β1 are related to malignant behaviors such as lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and differentiation degree.
