独活寄生汤加减对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on Lumbar Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探究独活寄生汤加减对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者腰椎功能及生活质量的影响。方法纳入2019年6月-2022年10月都昌县中医院收治的80例LDH患者为研究对象,行随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例),对照组给予针刺治疗,观察组在其基础上加用独活寄生汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、腰椎功能[腰椎功能评分表(JOA)]、疼痛症状[疼视觉模拟评分(VAS)、腰痛ODI评分]、生活质量[世界卫生组织生活质量测定表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)]。结果观察组治疗改善率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后JOA评分(主观症状、临床体征、日常生活受限)高于治疗前,且观察组JOA评分(主观症状、临床体征、日常生活受限)高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS、ODI评分低于治疗前,且观察组VAS、ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后WHOQOL-BREF评分高于治疗前,且观察组WHOQOL-BREF评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤加减治疗LDH疗效肯定,可促进患者腰椎功能恢复,缓解其疼痛症状,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction on lumbar function and quality of life in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 80 patients with LDH admitted to Duchang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to October 2022 were included in the study.They were divided into control group(40 patients)and observation group(40 patients)by random number table method.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,lumbar function[lumbar function score(JOA)],pain symptoms[pain visual analogue scale(VAS),low back pain ODI score]and quality of life[The World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)]were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The JOA scores(subjective symptoms,clinical signs and daily life limitation)of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the JOA scores(subjective symptoms,clinical signs and daily life limitation)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS and ODI scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS and ODI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The WHOQOL-BREF score of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the WHOQOL-BREF score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction is effective in the treatment of LDH,which can promote the recovery of lumbar function,relieve pain symptoms and improve the quality of life.
