The mechanism of the alignment of CPC’s ideological work with institution building efforts was created at the founding of the Red Army.During the Party’s 100-year history of striving,it developed and contributed significantly to the nation’s revolution,construction and reform and opening-up.The key of this mechanism lies in the unity of ideals and discipline,and the Central Party leadership’s Eight-point Decision on Improving Conduct has also formed a new starting point and breaking point for its development.Such mechanism of alignment has profound theoretical founding,historical basis,and public support.In the past decade of the new era,Party’s ideological work and institution building efforts are aligned and synchronized,which yielded innovative development in forming collective forces,solidarizing ideological foundation,and improving Party conduct and tightening Party discipline.
