摘要 社会转型和高度信息化时代,青少年情绪问题凸显。自然教育的环境场域、体验式的学习方式和丰富的课程设计,在介入青少年情绪问题中极具优势。聚焦青少年情绪问题,融合社会学和社会工作的相关理论和实务方法,依托“KY自然教育”双减项目,以山西省太原市3所中学118名具有情绪问题的学生为调研对象,发现自然教育介入青少年情绪问题存在自然教育“活动化”、课程设置“大众化”、自然导师“单一化”的困境。分析自然教育对改善情绪问题的影响因素,自然教育对青少年情绪问题的社会工作介入应从需求分析入手,通过四个步骤开展,即目标设定、制定计划、课程设计、介入实施,最后进行效果评估。 In the era of social transformation and high informatization,adolescent emotional problems become severe.The environmental field of nature education,experiential learning methods,and rich curriculum design have great advantages in intervening in emotional problems of adolescents.Based on the Double Reduction Program of“KY Nature Education”,this essay integrates relevant theories and practical methods of sociology and social work,and selects 118 students with emotional problems in 3 middle schools in Taiyuan,Shanxi Province.It is discovered that nature education is heavily relied on discontinuous activities,the curriculum is not specifically targeted,the nature instructors are not professional enough.To analyze the influencing factors and social work intervention of natural education on improving emotional problems,we should start with demand analysis and carry out it through four steps:goal setting,plan formulation,curriculum design,intervention implementation,and effect evaluation.
